Overview of high pressure hose joints and installation precautions

High-pressure hoses are widely used in coal mines, mining, chemicals, machinery, automobiles and other industries, and the wide application of high-pressure hoses also makes its accessories widely used. When it comes to high-pressure hose fittings, we will first think of high-pressure hose fittings. The following will explain its basic classification and precautions in detail.
High-pressure hose joints are divided into: A type, B type, C type, D type, E type, F type, H type, flange type and other national standards, and we can according to its bending degree such as: 30 degrees, 45 degrees, 75 degree or even 90 degree bend and other joints, in addition to high-pressure hose joints, we can customize and process national standard joints such as British and American.
Here are some installation notes:
1. The hose should not be bent excessively or at the root when it is moving or stationary, at least at 1.5 times its diameter.
2. When the hose moves to the position, it should not be pulled too tightly, it should be relatively loose.
3. Try to avoid torsional deformation of the hose.
4. The hose should be kept as far away from the heat radiating member as possible, and a heat shield should be installed if necessary.
5. External damage to the hose should be avoided, such as long-term friction on the surface of the same component during use.
6. If the self-weight of the hose causes excessive deformation, there should be a support.
